Salon Policies
Okay, let's get this out of the way! Policies are arguably the least exciting part of the salon visit, but they're 100% necessary to make sure every appointment runs smoothly. Take just a minute to review so we can ensure your visit is the best it can be!
We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Your appointments are very important to us, and they are scheduled out especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments may be necessary-baby sitters bail, work is busy, we get sick. When you provide us 48 hours notice, we are able to reach out to guests on our waiting list who could really use the TLC! They'll appreciate the heads up as much as we do!
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in a fee. Please speak with your stylist for their specific cancellation policy.

Our salon...
Oops...we've all been late before. Bad traffic, no parking, overslept-been there!
My schedule is very tight, so I ask that you reach out if you think you are going to be late. This allows me an opportunity to work with you!
Please bear in mind, however, that I may be forced to reschedule your session if you are running 15 minutes behind or more. Thank you for your understanding!
Running Late...
Dog parents, cat parents, human parents...we all need a minute to ourselves! The salon is unfortunately not pet friendly, although we can accommodate your children. Please notify us ahead of time if you need to bring your little one so our child care staff can be available!
Pets and children...
A lot goes into creating the hair of your dreams, and the hair on your head is about as unique as your fingerprint! Occasionally, you and and your stylist may see the finished product and decide to make alterations. If you would like adjustments made, please notify your stylist within three days after your appointment. These adjustments are complimentary-we've got your back!
