Our Story
Once upon a time, in a land not so far away (literally like 6 minutes from our current location), two badass stylists rented suites in a larger salon. Amanda, a seasoned color correction specialist, and Elsa, a master of rainbow hair, shared a vision for a different kind of salon experience. Friendship blossomed over talks of starting a salon that changed the game - a salon where stylists could work together, truly be a team, and create an environment that felt more like a party and less like an episode of Real Housewives; a place where clients could unwind and get the hair of their dreams, where their stylist felt more like a trusted friend.
Finally, in June 2023, the dream becomes reality. We welcome you to the Mane Tease Society - "society" because it's more than a salon; it's a collective of local talent, a place to connect over a handcrafted tea cocktail, and a pillar of our community. We can't wait to see you!

I have been behind the chair for 12 years, and I specialize in color, color correction, blonding, extensions, and more. I want my passion for hair to be transparent, and I want to teach other stylists without "teaching". I am a realist; a believer that if you put your mind to it, anything can happen! This journey of opening a salon will be one for the records, and I can't wait to share more of my dreams with you!

Hey Hey! My name is Elsa, and I specialize in blonding and vivid colors. To me, hair is about boosting confidence, turning heads, and having fun while we do it. I'm a cat mom, a go getter, a closeted poet, and above all (excluding being a cat mom), I'm an artist.
I like to think of appointments as "artistic collaborations". My clients and I work together to realize their hair dreams, and it all starts with a conversation. Do you prefer warm tones? Cool tones? How cold can you stand your shower water? I use a detailed personal profile to create a look that is unique to you and can be modified to match your ever-changing style. What's up!! I'm Celeste, and I've been barbering for about six years now. Building relationships with my clients means everything to me. I specialize in fades, beard work, and I love a clean hot towel straight razor shave. Designs are so fun for me when the opportunity presents itself! I also offer perms and braiding-I'm looking to get even better at these, so bring your ideas my way!
